Instruction

Apply generously to the face 20-30 minutes before sun exposure. Reapply every 2 hours after sun exposure, and after sweating or swimming. Do not stay in the sun too long, even if you are using sunscreen. Excessive sun exposure poses a serious health risk. Avoid contact with eyes.
